Ranveer Singh is known for his charm, good looks, great acting and of course an eccentric sense of style! Over the years, the actor has made some bold fashion choices, making a case for gender-fluid dressing, experimental patterns and even man-skirts! IIFA 2019, was no different for Ranveer, we all saw his signature dose of quirkiness there as well (except that he was not alone this time). Wifey, Deepika Padukone, also joined him in making some bold outfit choices for the main event. Well, they are called #DeepVeer for a reason, no?
Ranveer Singh opted for a grey suit with a long satin red drape attached to it. He took the craziness a notch higher with a sharp ponytail. To add to the drama, he also carried a black, long stick. Check out Ranveer’s look!
Deepika Padukone, meanwhile, opted for a purplicious look for IIFA awards night. And it’s safe to say she takes her looks quite seriously. DP stunned everyone in her purple ruffled gown with intricate golden embroidery all over it. Adding a dramatic touch to her entire look, was a trail, which Ranveer, like a good husband, was seen holding, as Deepika arrived at the awards show!
As for her makeup, she completed the look with minimal nude makeup and styled her hair in a signature sleek bun.
Ranveer Singh, of course, could not stop crushing over his lady love! He commented on one of Deepika’s post, “Baby … you’re killin me”. Well, isn’t she killing all of us with those drop-dead gorgeous looks? Even during the event, the couple could be seen engrossed in a conversation, which made both of them blush and smile at the same time. Here’s a snippet which has gone viral.
Can we ever get over this PDA? Uh, no, for sure!
Also, this is not the first time that the couple has together stunned us with their outfits. The two made some super dramatic choices for their post-wedding party. Even then, it was assumed that Ranveer was the inspiration behind Deepika’s OTT red dress.
