Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are undoubtedly Bollywood’s favourite couple and they often make the Internet a happier place with their cutesy pictures. Yesterday, the couple gave the world another reason to rejoice when they announced their pregnancy on the ‘Gram! That’s right–our two lovebirds are soon-to-be parents and our hearts are full of love.
Now, the couple has the grapevine buzzing once again! According to reports, dad-to-be Ranbir can’t wait for the little one to join their adorable little family. He’s so excited that he has already started to shop for baby clothes! Isn’t that totally adorable?
Ranbir is currently in Spain, shooting Luv Ranjan’s untitled flick with Shraddha Kapoor. According to a leading daily, the actor is on a shopping spree for clothes and other accessories for his precious baby, whenever time permits. The reports also said that he can’t wait to come back home and treat Alia to several presents. NGL, Ranbir is totally melting our hearts rn.
Soon-to-be-mamma Alia’s pregnancy picture took the world by surprise earlier yesterday. She uploaded a picture of the couple getting an ultrasound along with a picture of a family of lions. Her post received tremendous love from fans as well as friends and family. Neetu Kapoor too, took to the ‘Gram to congratulate the happy couple and shared a picture of Alia and Ranbir, which is now speculated to be from the couple’s engagement. In the picture, we can see Ranbir holding what looks like a ring box from globally renowned jewellery label, Van Cleef and Arpels, leaving netizens convinced that the pic is from Alia-Ranbir’s proposal.
Where It All Began!
TBH, we believe Alia manifested the love of her life! Earlier in 2014, on the infamous Koffee couch the actress said she would want to marry Ranbir Kapoor. Alia also confessed earlier this year to a media portal how it was love at first sight when she saw Ranbir years ago when she was just a child. “When I saw him for the first time on screen, that was the day I decided that I wanted to marry him,” she said.
We absolutely adore Alia and Ranbir’s relationship and NGL, we can’t wait to meet the little one already!
