From hanging out with each other’s fam to being each other’s biggest cheerleaders—the two make our hearts melt every damn time! NGL, every time we see adorbs pictures of the two, it makes us want to ask them, shaadi kab hai, guys? And it looks like we finally got our answer! Well, neither the couple nor their family members haven’t shared any wedding details yet, but someone else just did!
And it’s none other than actress Lara Dutta! Recently, while talking to a leading daily, Lara was asked about the couple’s impending marriage plans. To which, she said, “I believe that they are getting married this year.” OMG—this is major!
For those who didn’t know, Ranbir and Alia’s love story is the stuff dreams are made of! Alia had a crush on the actor ever since she was eleven years old. We’re sure you don’t need us to remind you about Alia’s national crush confession where she spoke about wanting to marry Ranbir.
However, it was only when the two came together to start shooting for their movie Brahmastra in 2018 that they fell head over heels in love with each other. And the rest is history.
The duo has been dating each other for over three years now. Last year, Ranbir had confessed that he was hoping to get married soon. He had revealed, “It (the wedding) would have already been sealed if the pandemic hadn’t hit our lives. But I don’t want to jinx it by saying anything. I want to tick mark that goal soon in my life,” he said.
