Love her or hate her, you simply can’t ignore her! Tinsel town’s favourite OTT di Rakhi Sawant never misses a chance to grab our attention. Be it her extra AF fashion choices or honest relationship confessions, the Bigg Boss star always knows how to leave an impression. However, this time we are a little concerned about Rakhi and we have good reasons for it.
Recently, Rakhi introduced the world to her boyfriend Adil and the two of them are often spotted on dinner dates, trips, and events. NGL, we were over the moon for the actress for finding someone who loves her for who she is, but as it turns out that’s not the case.
In a recent interview, Rakhi confessed that her bae doesn’t want her to wear revealing clothes. The Main Hoon Naa star said, “Fashion karo magar cleavage mat dikhao, hot dress pehno, sexy dress pehno (Being fashionable doesn’t mean show your cleavage, you can wear short or sexy dress though). Unko pasand nahi ki main cleavage dikaun (Adil doesn’t want me to show my cleavage). Mere saare koi bhi award ka dress wo hi select karte hain, jab wo select karte hain tab main pehenti hoon (Adil selects all the outfits for my award shows, when he selects then only I wear it).”
“Main ek dayre me rehna chahti hoon, main film industry, apni janta, mera Adil, unka pariwar, sabko saath leke chalna chahti hoon (I want to stay within my limit and balance the film industry, my fans, Adil and his family). Jo khuda ko nahi pasand wo main nahi karna chahti hoon (I don’t want to go against God’s will),” added Rakhi.
NGL, there is a lot we want to say about this! First of all, no woman should be asked to change her personality or dressing style to please a man. A woman’s worth is not tied to her fashion choices and we hope Adil understands that. Showing your cleavage or not isn’t a reflection of who you are as a person. Both Rakhi and Adil need to realise that being in a relationship is about accepting and respecting each other.
Here’s a message for Adil—a woman is not your personal mannequin. So instead of trying to control her, how about you celebrate this gorgeous lady for who she is?
