In Jan 2023, Rakhi Sawant took the internet by surprise after she announced her wedding to her beau Adil Khan Durrani. Things, however, soon took a U-turn after she accused of him cheating and physical abuse. She later filed a police complaint against him, and now, her estranged husband is lodged in Mysore Jail. But the drama doesn’t seem to end here. Now, Rakhi has made another claim against Adil and it is extremely shocking!
In a video, that’s now going viral, Rakhi has claimed that Adil is plotting to kill her and has even given the contract to a killer. Yeah, you read that right! She said, “I am reading duas to stay safe from enemies. I just found out that Adil is planning to kill me in jail. He gave my death contract to a killer from jail.” She further added, “All I have to tell him is that Adil, I have read the dua and I am sure Allah will accept my prayers. You cannot kill me, why do you want to do this? For property and revenge?”
Reportedly, Rakhi also shared a voice recording of a man who claimed to be her well-wisher. In the audio, he talks about Adil’s plan and says, “I have come to know something that I want to tell you. I want to keep my identity hidden and I am your well-wisher. There were few people in Adil’s room, he asked a few people to make a deal to kill you. He has been planning for some time now, he was even holding you responsible in front of the superintendent and even ready to buy all the policemen here.”
However, this is not the first time that Rakhi has claimed about getting threats by Adil. Earlier, she had shared how she would be extra careful once Adil got out of jail.

After her split from her previous husband, Ritesh Raj Singh, Rakhi found her soulmate in Adil Khan Durrani. The actress was over the moon and was accompanied by her new beau everywhere she went. Soon after, Rakhi made a shocking revelation that she has been married to Adil for seven months and was forced to keep it a secret. She also stated that Adil’s family was not happy with their union as they feared that she would bring disgrace to the family.
Things accelerated further when she accused him of cheating while she was in the Bigg Boss Marathi 4 house. She also blamed him for her mother’s death and accused him of physical abuse, faking his identity, blackmailing, and fraud. A couple of months ago, Rakhi finally announced her separation from Adil.
