Television actors Puja Banerjee and Kunal Verma welcomed their first child last year. Since the birth of their son in October 2020, the couple hid the face of their child on social media for over three months. But now, the duo has finally shared some adorable pictures of their baby boy and revealed his name, Krishiv.
Both Puja and Kunal shared pictures with their baby on their respective Instagram handles. While Puja’s caption read ‘Meet mine Krishiv’, Kunal’s caption clearly showed that he’s a proud father. “Main aur mera beta,” read Kunal’s caption. But honestly, we’re going gaga over these super cute baby pictures!
And it’s not just us, several other TV celebs including Mouni Roy, Poorna Patel, Gaurav Gera, Anita Hassanandani and others, just couldn’t stop gushing over the pictures of baby Krishiv and left some sweet comments on his pictures.

In an interview with a leading daily, Puja revealed that she had health issues following childbirth and could not hold Krishiv for what seemed like a very long time. She also spoke about how she’s enjoying motherhood, adding that it has changed her as a person. Puja further shared that Kunal equally contributes and helps with their child. She also revealed that Krishiv is not a cranky baby. Looking at those happy baby pictures…we’re sure he’s not cranky at all!
But TBH, the name Krishiv is what had us awwing! This unique name is a Sanskrit word which is a combination of the names of Lord Krishna and Lord Shiva.
For the uninitiated, Puja and Kunal had a court marriage earlier in 2020. Months after the marriage, the duo shared the news of their pregnancy and welcomed their son on October 9. Since then, the couple shared a few pictures with their baby but managed to keep his face hidden. And that really did make us want more.
Well…we have to say that as much as we wanted to see these cute pictures months ago, it was totally worth the wait. We really hope Puja and Kunal keep giving us a little dose of Krishiv’s cuteness every now and then.
