Ubtan Is The Way To Glow
Priyanka Chopra Jonas may have traversed across the globe, but her beauty regimen centres around and is deeply rooted in Indian Culture. When asked about her go-to skincare routine, she said, “For my skin, it’s ubtan, like I swear by ubtan.” She goes on to say that she tries to apply an ubtan paste at least twice a month as it’s great to exfoliate.” The actress relies on the power of Ubtan for both face and body. If you want to try PC’s fave skincare recipe, all you need to do is mix three tablespoons of chickpea flour aka besan with half a tablespoon of turmeric along with enough rose water to make a paste. You can swap rosewater with curd if you have dry skin. As curd contains nourishing ingredients and lactic acid, it amps up the exfoliating power of an ubtan and gives you brighter, glowing skin.
The 411 On Taking Your Look From Desk To Dinner
PC has another piece of advice to take your look from desk to dinner. The star says, “Always carry another pair of shoes in your bag. So if I’m wearing heels, I’ll carry flats. If I’m wearing flats, I’ll carry heels. So that you can do day-to-night because I never know where my day is gonna take me. I just add a little bit of lipstick, earring, and heels, and I’m ready for the night. And wear sneakers, reduce my lipstick, take off my earring, make a ponytail, and I’m ready for the day.”
