Priyanka Chopra is back in action and this time stakes are higher than ever. After nearly two years of production, Prime Video’s mega-budget spy thriller Citadel’s trailer is out. Starring PC and Richard Madden, the show is all social media is talking about atm.
The wildly ambitious series feature Priyanka as an elite spy named Nadia Singh. Is it going to be another femme fatale role that PC has played a bunch of times or will it be more? Check out the trailer:

PC On Her Role In Citadel
In a media interaction, Priyanka opened up about her part in the show and she had a lot to say. The Barfi actress claimed that her character Nadia comes with a lot of baggage, “I feel that she has to navigate really thick waters. She has to hold her head up high while her character’s changing, her life is changing all around her, but she has to stay centred.” Priyanka called her character ‘very juicy’ as every choice that Nadia has made is ladened with so much pressure.
Priyanka also added that she had the best time shooting with Richard Madden. Given how electric their chemistry appears in the trailer, I bet they had a blast at the show’s shoot.
Citadel is one of the most expensive shows produced for an OTT platform. And if there is anyone who can pull off such a badass role, it is PC!
