Being someone with a problematic skin type, at one point I was super frustrated that I had to go through so many skincare products just to try and get rid of all of my skin concerns. While at a younger age it was just acne that I had to worry about, these days it is acne plus other skin concerns like dark spots, dullness, dark circles, enlarged pores and uneven skin tone and texture. I knew I needed a product that does it all but I couldn’t afford to put my skin through another trial and error phase with skincare formulas. And so I decided to choose a retinol serum, but I still needed the formula to be gentle and non-irritating on my skin because most of the time retinol can do that to you if the concentration is too high in the formula or if not used alongside the right ingredients. Luckily, I found a retinol serum that came with the right concentration and contains hydrating ingredients in its formula to soothe and heal my skin like magic. I am so glad I decided on this serum because it is treating all my stubborn skin concerns such as dark spots and dark circles, and acne, and it makes me glow every day. It is also super good for banishing dark circles and correcting pigmentation for a uniform skin glow. It gently exfoliates the skin and removes dead skin cells, unclogs pores, and keeps acne-causing bacteria out.
Why Do We Love It?
This serum actually gets the job done with no side effects. As you apply it to your skin you can feel the difference because it is not like other retinol serums. The consistency appears creamier but the moment you spread it out, it glides on and invigorates the skin after which it is completely absorbed by the skin without a trace left behind. It is a beginner-friendly serum and so you don’t have to train your skin to get accustomed to it at least if you have oily and acne-prone skin types. I love the fact that it caused no irritation whatsoever and visibly reduced my dark spots, acne scars, and even dark circles with regular use.

How To Use It?
Since retinol can make your skin photosensitive, avoid using this serum in the daytime; retinol should not be worn out in the sun. Although, this serum fits perfectly into a nighttime routine. First, cleanse your face with a hydrating face wash and then apply toner. Now, pump out some of the serum and spread it on your face and neck. Make sure to apply the serum around your eye areas as well if you want to get rid of dark circles. Follow up with a moisturiser or apply a sleeping mask to keep your skin hydrated.
