Can’t get your eyeliner to match? Neither can Palak Tiwari. But she does something better to define her eyes instead and you’ll be surprised by how genius it is.
Palak revealed that she really struggles with applying eyeliner and it’s just not easy to get both the eyes to match. That’s why she has come up with an alternative method to draw on eyeliner which makes her look on fleek!
Palak Tiwari’s Eyeliner Makeup Hack
“I’m a very lazy girl; I don’t know how to do eyeliner and all. So I just take a brush like this (eyeliner brush), I take an eye palette that I’ve had since I was 15 years old and you do this (hold your lids taut), even though you’re not supposed to do this but you make your own rules,” she said while applying eyeshadow on her lash lines with an eyeliner brush.
She also said, “I think they call it tightlining. I think it looks like ‘Oh wow, she’s spent like 3 hours on that smokey eye’…no I didn’t. I just did the forbidden stretch and pull technique,” she revealed.
Basically, Palak applies a dark brown eyeshadow on her lash lines with an eyeliner brush which gives a smokey eyeliner effect. She focuses the eyeshadow at the roots of her lashes so that they appear fuller. This technique is also known as tightlining.
Palak used a brown shade from the Too Faced Natural Eyes Eye Shadow Palette to define her lash lines.
How To Try Palak Tiwari’s Eyeliner Hack
Use an angled eyeliner brush to pick up some dark brown or black eyeshadow and then apply it along your lash lines in stamping motions for a quick and easy eyeliner effect.
