On Aug 10, Rhea Kapoor created a lot of buzz when she teased her fans with a poster of her upcoming project, Thank You For Coming. Unveiling the film’s poster on her Instagram, she wrote, “The ComeBACK of the chick flick. Watch this space.” But no one was ready for what she was about to announce next.
She shared another poster and it took the internet by storm. Turns out our fave content creators are going to be a part of this film. Can you guess who they are? Well, it is none other than of than Kusha Kapila, Dolly Singh, and Shibani Bedi. They are starring alongside, Bhumi Pednekar and Shehnaaz Gill. While sharing the post, she wrote, “Crying and screaming and jumping! We are honoured to unveil our film #ThankYouForComing as an official selection at the Toronto International Film Festival 2023!! See you at our gala premiere! #ThankYouForComingAtTIFF” A
Reportedly, the movie is produced by Rhea and her father Anil Kapoor. It is directed by Rhea’s husband Karan Boolani. The film has made it to the Official Selection for Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) 2023 and will be premiered on September 15 2023. In addition to the original cast, Pradhuman Singh Mall, Natasha Rastogi, Gautmik, Sushant Divgikar, Saloni Daini, Dolly Ahluwalia, and Karan Kundrra will be seen in pivotal roles. Buzz also suggests that Anil Kapoor will do a cameo in the movie.
