Celebrities do get to enjoy their fame in a world full of glitz and glamm. But they also pay a hefty price for that—lack of privacy as they are constantly under the public eye. Even their kids often bear the brunt. Take for instance, Nysa Devgan, Ajay Devgan and Kajol’s daughter who is often chased by the paps. So how does Nysa handles all the media attention so well?
In a recent interview, Kajol opened up about how Nysa has been dealing with the paparazzi and media since day one with grace and dignity. She also revealed that Nysa’s very first pap encounter was not so pleasant. Talking about this she said, “I can’t teach her how to deal with paparazzi, she has learnt that with experience. She first had an experience with the paparazzi in Jaipur. We both were alone and were not travelling with any security. At that time, the 20-25 photographers surrounded us and started shouting, this scared her and she burst out crying. I just carried her in my arms and went straight to the car. Later, I told her that these people mean you no harm, it’s just their work so don’t worry about it. If you have noticed I have kept my children away from it.”
Kajol also shared how Nysa has gotten better than before. She said, “She is better now with it and she is handling it very very well. She is handling it with a lot more grace and dignity than I would have. If I was in her place, toh mera chappal bahut pehle nikal chuka hota (I wouldn’t have handled it with such patience).”
When Nysa Got Trolled For Her Hindi
In Feb 2023, Nysa attended an event that was initiated by Ajay’s NY Foundations in rural Ahmednagar, Maharashtra. She was invited as a guest for the inauguration of a digital library. Here she also disturbed books and interacted with the students. Nysa also delivered a speech in Hindi , “Mujhe padhna bohot bohot pasand hai. Meri maa ko bhi padhna bohot pasand tha. Main har din 2-3 kitab padti thi. Toh aap ko dekh ke… aap ko…mujhe aur bhi khushi hai (I love to read. Even my mother loved it. I used to read 2-3 books everyday. Looking at you I feel happier).” But soon people pointed out how she is struggling to speak in Hindi and slammed the youngster for her lack of fluency.

Honestly, Nysa has definitely grown into a more confident girl who knows her way around the paparazzi. Gotta give it to her for always handling the media with so much grace.
