Netflix announced casting for the new series on Tuesday with an intriguing promo that had appearances from the infamous ‘Red Light, Green Light’ doll and a slew of masked guards. “What will your number be? Sign up for Squid Game: The Challenge on SquidGameCasting.com,” reads the caption.

NGL, we are curious about what all this new reality show will offer! If you are planning to drop your name in the hat for the show, then here’s all you need to know. All the participants need to be at least 21 years old and they must speak English. The shoot of the show will last for 4 weeks and the filming will start in early 2023.

Unscripted and Documentary Series’ VP Brandon Riegg spilled the beans about the show and shared, “Squid Game took the world by storm with Director Hwang’s captivating story and iconic imagery. We’re grateful for his support as we turn the fictional world into reality in this massive competition and social experiment. Fans of the drama series are in for a fascinating and unpredictable journey as our 456 real-world contestants navigate the biggest competition series ever, full of tension and twists, with the biggest ever cash prize at the end.”

We are sure that the millions of fans of the show would try to make it to Squid Game: The Challenge. But the question remains, who will survive the watchful eyes of the Front Man?
