It has been more than a month since Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor got hitched in a dreamy wedding. Their stunning shaadi album was hella adorable and gave us a glimpse of their beautiful love story. But not everyone was pleased with #RaLia’s wedding arrangements as Bollywood paparazzi didn’t get a chance to get involved in the festivities.
In a recent interview, popular paparazzi Viral Bhayani revealed how Ranbir-Alia’s wedding didn’t leave any space for shutterbugs and said, “I agree that they want to respect their elders, but they could have done the same at a five-star hotel. We would have got good pictures and everything would have been disciplined. Your net worth is ₹830 crores, what are you trying to prove by doing this?”
TBH, we disagree with Viral on this! A wedding ceremony is private to the couple and their families. Ranbir and Alia kept everything under the wraps before the big day to avoid attracting everyone’s attention. Well, it was their choice as a couple and there is no right or wrong way to celebrate their own wedding.
Recently, Neetu Kapoor broke the silence and shared that she is planning to host a reception for Viral and even invite him on the stage. In a recent media interaction, the veteran actress shared, “I don’t like it when anyone is upset. I will host a special reception only for him and have him on stage also, but I don’t want him to be unhappy. This was just a quick wedding and hence we couldn’t do much. If it was left to me, I would have done it with grandeur and called everyone.”
NGL, this is an incredibly sweet gesture by mama Kapoor. We are already excited about her plans for #RaLia reception! *wink*
