#POPxoReviews: This My Go-To Mask For An At Home Spa Sesh

Since we’re all staying away from salons and spas, for the time being, it has become almost essential that we try to replicate some of those relaxing techniques at home. For some people a post-shower body massage does wonders, for others, it’s a gua sha ritual. Personally, I love masking. I use a face mask once or twice a week to deeply cleanse my skin and feel refreshed and it works every time.

My current obsession is one by MyGlamm and I’m going to tell you all about it.

What Is It?

The MyGlamm Youthfull Cleansing Mask has a very unique jelly-like texture and basically does three things- cleanses, hydrates, and exfoliates the skin. So, if you feel like your skin is extremely dirty, oily, or has been exposed to external aggressors and pollutants, you can use this once a week and it’ll gently exfoliate the skin, remove dead skin cells and give it a natural glow.

Why Do We Love It?

Well, it does what it claims. My skin always feels very clean after using it. I also like it because it’s a mask and an exfoliator so it works like a two-in-one product. The exfoliating particles are very tiny and not at all abrasive like other physical scrubs in the market. The ingredients are superb too! It has. Marine Complex 5 has anti-aging and anti-inflammatory properties and made with a water bank technology that helps your skin in retaining moisture.

How To Use It?

Use it once a week after you’ve washed your face. Apply it in a thin layer all over your skin and wait for ten minutes to let it dry. Then gently use it as a scrub by massaging it in circular motions. You can then wash it off with lukewarm water and pat your skin dry. Don’t forget to go in with toner and moisturiser once the deep cleaning session is over.

What Does The Product Look Like?

Current mood: Masking my worries away.
