Ever since Natasha Dalal and Varun Dhawan tied the knot in January, there have been rumours about a few B-Town celebrities jumping on the shaadi bandwagon soon. It all started after actress Mouni Roy made her relationship with businessman Suraj Nambiar Instagram official. ICYMI, she also shared a video on New Year’s Eve with her rumoured beau’s parents and called them ‘mom and dad’.
And now, her fans have more reasons to believe that she may be getting hitched soon. A little birdie tells us that Mouni’s mother recently met Suraj’s parents to discuss their wedding. If the rumours are true, we cannot wait to see the Naagin actress in all her bridal glory!
Mouni’s close friend and actress Mandira Bedi hosted the two families at her residence. Interestingly enough, it was quite recently when the Gold actress had revealed that she was single and focussing on her work. She had said in an interview with a leading daily, “People who matter know I’m single and it’s not about the shortage of time because you can compartmentalize your life. But I need to meet the right person, I can’t just pick someone and start dating. At the moment I’m grateful for this window (movies) that has opened in my life. I don’t think I should throw it away by not giving my 100 percent to it.”
