Every time a celebrity walks out, the internet appears to find a way to criticise and mock them. Mira Rajput Kapoor is their most recent victim, and she did nothing but wear a lovely dress. Mira was recently spotted out and about in the city, dressed casually in a peacock green sundress. For some reason, this irked the netizens, who swamped the comment section with insensitive remarks.
Although Mira is not an actress, she has gained a massive fan base on social media. She is an influencer of sorts and usually promotes a healthy lifestyle and gives parenting tips. Not just that, her fashion game is on point, which could literally give even Bollywood actresses a run for their money. We love how she accessorised a cutesy summer dress with matching sandals and a hairband.
While a normal person would see nothing wrong with Mira’s outfit, the trolls found a reason to mock her. While some slammed her for “trying to look like a college kid,” others took a dig at her short dress and sarcastically asked if she had borrowed it from her daughter, Misha.
One user wrote, “She is exposing more with time,” and another wrote, “Apni beti ki frock kyu pehen li?” A few netizens also chastised her for thriving on fame only because she is married to Shahid Kapoor. A user wrote, “The most over-publicised housewife with no claim to fame.” She was also called out for not dressing up “like a wife.”
TBH, just like star kids, even wives of famous actors often find themselves in the spotlight, even if they don’t want to. At least Mira Kapoor is using the attention for all the right reasons. We think she looked absolutely stunning in the dress, and no one would believe that she is a mother of two. Keep slaying, Mira!
