Wedding season is back with a bang and we are way too excited for all the celebs shaadis. Well, there is one wedding that we are eagerly waiting for and that is of Mika Singh. Now here is the catch—the singer is still looking for his Dulhan. In the last few days, Mika’s hunt for a bride has kept us entertained but now we think his search has come to an end.
Mika’s close friend Akanksha Puri has decided to make her way to the reality show Mika Di Vohti as his potential bride. NGL, we think Calendar Girls star might just be the end game.
Akanksha and Mika go way back and they are often spotted on each other’s Instagram feeds. A while ago the Lodde actor opened up about her relationship with the singer and said, “Mika ke saath toh meri engagement aur shaadi bhi kara di hai logon ne (People have assumed that Mika and I are engaged). I know him for more than a decade now. Mika and I know way too much about each other to date. Kabhi kabhi kisi ko bahot zyada jaan’na bhi achha nahi hota.(Sometimes it is better not to know too much about someone).”
“Mika is not someone whom I will get married to though we can play cupid for each other. Also, I don’t think Mika will get married now. I am not stuck up that I will not date anyone, I will if I get a good person,” added Akanksha.
Oh, how the tables have turned now! Recently, Akanksha made a grand entry on the show Swayamvar – Mika Di Vohti and left the contestants shocked. The actress then challenged the girls and said, “King ki queen toh ek he hogi. So here I am.”
This is not Akanksha’s first reality show rodeo as the actress was earlier a part of Bigg Boss 13 as a guest. At the time Vighnaharta Ganesha star was dating BB 13 contestant Paras Chhabraa but later the two called it quits.
Now we are hella curious to know how things will turn out between Mika and Akanksha. TBH, we are rooting for these two to prove ‘pyaar dosti hai’!
