Fashion has evolved into a much broader idea. There are no limits, it is boundless, and it is for everyone. You wear whatever makes you happy, whether you’re a man or a woman. On July 25, the opening of India Couture Week took place in Delhi and it was one hell of a night. Designer duo, Falguni & Shane Peacock unveiled their couture collection ‘Renaissance Reverie.’ While Kiara Advani as the showstopper was the star of the evening, another model left us equally impressed!
Rabanne Jamsandekar Victor walked the ramp for the designers and totally slayed it. Best part? He wasn’t dressed in men’s clothes. Victor carried a gorgeous golden lehenga with so much grace and elan that everyone was left gaping! He wore an ensemble doused in shimmer that featured a tiny blouse, a mermaid-cut skirt with a dramatic train, and a sheer beige veil.
The model proudly wore the outfit with a diamond choker and wasn’t afraid to flaunt his beard with the look! He was definitely one of the best-dressed models of the night and we love how he carried the look so effortlessly.

Rabanne Jamsandekar Victor is a notable poster boy who is lean and as far from the stereotypical ideal of men who model. Victor is a favourite of many photographers, show directors, and designers, and was also a part of Sabyasachi Mukherjee’s Charbagh photo campaign. Having said that, Rabanne still struggles to get shows since many designers consider him “too skinny.”
We hope to see more of Victor in the upcoming fashion shows ‘coz he is a slayer!
