Bold & Beautiful: JLo’s MUA Reveals His 3 Fav Eye Makeup Looks & We Couldn’t Agree More!

Jennifer Lopez looks drop-dead-gorgeous with or without makeup. She’s aging like fine wine and getting sexier by the day. Apart from her glowing skin, one of her best features are her light brown eyes and with a great MUA by her side, it isn’t difficult to make those babies pop. Celebrity makeup artist, Scott Barnes, is responsible for creating some of JLo’s most eye-conic makeup looks, and in a recent magazine interview with a popular magazine, he spoke all about them.

The Best Eye Makeup Looks Created By Scott Barnes

Gosh, how we wish he did our eye makeup too!

The Modern Cat Eye Is Gorge!

How pretty does Jennifer Lopez look in this picture? Her eyebrows are on fleek, her blush is on point and that cat eyeliner makes her eyes look fierce and stunning. So, ditch the black smokey eye and give this smokey metallic winged look a shot to really make a statement.

Shimmer For The Win

Scott believes that shimmer as a makeup trend will never go out of style. Whether you wear it bold or keep it subtle, shimmer will always be there to make you dazzle the night away. While most of us add shimmer to only our upper lids, applying a little bit to the lower lashline looks fantastic as well. If you want to keep it subtle, make sure that you master the art of blending!

Metallics Are The Future

Due to the on-going pandemic, Scott Barnes believes that it is the eye makeup that will be the focus. Because the lower part of our face is covered with masks, it’s only the top half that will show. Usually, fall is all about sporting neutral colours, but Scott thinks that it will be different this year. We’ll be seeing a lot more bright and bold shades.

Which of JLo’s eye makeup looks do you fancy the most? We bet you’re gonna say all of ’em!
