In case you missed it, Pakistani actress Mahira Khan got hitched to businessman Salim Karim in an enchanting ceremony. The wedding took place at the Pearl Continental Hotel Bhurban in Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan in the presence of their close friends and family. Now, pictures and videos from their nikah are out and have taken the internet by storm. From Mahira’s son walking her down the aisle to Salim getting emotional, it all gave us a glimpse into their magical day and we love it.
The actress took to her Instagram to drop some more pictures from the festivities. Dressed in ivory and orange ensembles, Mahira truly looks like a vision. Through the post, she also paid a heartfelt tribute to her mother, nani, and dadi. She wrote, “My mother had one wish… to start the wedding with a dua. My beautiful Ama, who is in a wheel chair – one would think she can’t do much – but really, she can do everything and anything. She sat and managed the decoration downstairs, the table, the moving around of furniture anddd she was ready dot on time.. 🤍 Alhumdulillah for our parents. Later on that day, my childhood girlfriends had a mayun for me 🥹🫶 Alhumdulillah for friends I can call my sisters. P.S I took a bud of the motia and put it in my baali before going down.. for my Nani and Dadi. 💛”
