When it comes to eccentric fashion choices in B-town, Ranveer easily reigns numero uno on the list. The man has a way of playing with fashion and serving rad looks that are conversation starters. But Ranveer’s quirky taste in fashion is not just confined to himself and he never misses a chance to appreciate others. The same happened last night when the actor fondly called Karan Johar a “laal tamatar” and then talked about how he admires the host’s style. Later in the episode, Ranveer also had a very interesting comment on Uorfi Javed’s fashion picks.
During the rapid fire segment when KJo asked “whose nightmare it would be to repeat an outfit too quickly”, Ranveer almost instantly answered, “Uorfi Javed.” Intrigued by his answer, Karan asked, “Cause she is in new cuts?” Ranveer agreed with the statement and concluded by saying, “Yeah, she is a fashion icon.”
Well, we absolutely agree with Ranveer. Uorfi has redefined fashion and its meaning in the past couple of years and admittedly, it takes some groundbreaking talent to become one of Asia’s most Googled celebs, right?
