The actress recently made a red-carpet appearance in a stunning gown that would have been perfect for her reception look. For an award ceremony, Mrs Malhotra wore a red corset gown, and the internet went into a frenzy!
Styled by Tanya Ghavri, the red gown from the shelves of Hana featured a corset-style sheer bodice with long embellished sleeves. The off-shoulder silhouette and the thigh-high slit added an extra dose of oomph to the ensemble! While I loved how Kiara styled her reception look, here’s why I think this outfit would’ve looked much more appealing:

In India, the colour red is a symbol of love and passion, and hence, most Indian brides opt for a red bridal look. Since Kiara opted for an ombre pink lehenga for her pheras, a red gown for the reception would’ve been perfect!
Deepika Padukone wore a similar-looking red gown by Zuhair Murad for her wedding reception, and that look was a total hit.

Corsets have been a rage for quite some time, and it doesn’t appear that the world will tire of them anytime soon.
