Kiara Advani has been gracing us with stunning looks, and we cannot stop gushing about how well she seems to pair her makeup with her fits. Her makeup artist, Lekha Gupta is the star behind these looks. She revealed her tips and tricks to Vogue, which help keep Kiara’s look as natural as possible with the focus being on “nudes and earthy tones and even pastels”.

The first one is not a surprise. It would be questionable if this was not on the list. Worn by celebrities and lauded by makeup artists worldwide, the Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk is no longer an industry secret. Instead, this household favourite has lived up to the hype time and time again.
Since it’s a little on the expensive side, I’ve included a dupe just in case you’ve been looking for one.
Moving on to a peachier nude, Lekha also likes to use the M.A.C Matte Lipstick in the shade Kinda Sexy for a more flushed pink look. Pair this with a little lipgloss to complete a soft glam no-makeup, makeup look.
Again, if you’re looking for a dupe – I recommend the Maybelline New York Matte Lipstick in the shade Nude Nuance.
The last nude in her rotation is a cult classic – the Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lipcolor in the shade Seduction. This nude is, again, a little on the pinker side and has a super luscious formula that stays on for hours.
Since it’s almost always sold out, one lipstick that matches the shade and formula is the PAC Timeless Matte Liquid Lipstick in the shade Adore. It’s super pigmented so I suggested applying less than you think you need.
The secret sauce behind most timeless looks is a good quality nude lipstick. I truly believe that any look can be elevated to ‘classic‘ as long as you know which type of nude to pair it with, just like Kiara does.
