Late last night, Katrina Kaif dressed up to the nines for the Star Screen Awards, giving us a look that we mere mortals do not deserve. The red carpet appearance was made in a bejewelled Falguni Shane Peacock couture gown that glittered into the night.

Sequins and heavy embellishments aside, the fitted gown came with a plunging neckline and since red carpet and couture are barely complete without a touch of glamour, there was, of course, a full-fledged cape accompanying the already dazzling gown. A fashionable cape as it was, the details were done just right, with a plumage of feathers on the shoulders and at the hem of the cape. All of it was teamed with jewellery by TBZ. Now that’s how you do couture!
