There is a new supernatural baddie in telly town and it is—Karan Kundrra. The actor’s new show Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal is making waves and I don’t mind admitting that it is my guilty pleasure. One thing that all fans have noticed is that Karan’s character Veer on the show is a copy of Ian Somerhalder’s character Damon Salvatore from The Vampire Diaries.
Finally, Karan spoke about the comparisons between Damon and Veer. The actor confessed that he has seen the reels comparing the scenes from The Vampire Diaries and Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal and he loves it.
Karan said, “The comparisons are meant to happen obviously. There are so many memes going around, and we love those memes. And by the way, I love those. Kuch toh humne bhi karaye hai ( We have also created a few memes and circulated them).”
He added, “You have to understand that at the end of the day, this is business, and we know how to do business. If we wanted you to come and watch it, for it is you know, something that you are thinking of, you’ve come towards the show. So thank you. So if you love it, you hate it, you’re watching the show irrespective of that.”
