Pop the champagne, ladies! It’s time to celebrate Kajal Aggarwal and Gautam Kitchlu’s wedding. The lovebirds tied the knot last week in Mumbai and took to the ‘Gram to share pictures of their haldi, chooda and mehendi ceremonies. Yesterday, the couple shared a new bunch of photographs from their post-wedding photoshoot. If you haven’t seen them yet, then keep scrolling!
These pictures look like they were taken at the Taj Palace Hotel in Colaba in front of the iconic Gateway of India. Dressed in pastel outfits, Kajal looked gorgeous in that pale pink suit and Gautum looked dapper in that powder blue kurta.
According to their lastest IG stories, the couple has now jetted off for their destination honeymoon. While neither of them has revealed the destination yet, Kajal did share pictures of their personalised pouches and passport covers. What’s unique about them is that both Kajal and Gautum have the same surname!

In an interview with a popular magazine, Kajal was asked about what she feels about her new name. To which she answered, “Wonderful, but I am still acclimatising. I am getting used to being called Mrs Kitchlu. Although, I love the sound of it. It’s a whole new phase of my life and I am still adapting.”
The actress also went on to add that how she wanted people to change their perspective on married lead actresses. She said, “I think people need to change their perspective on this subject as well. Like I was emphasizing in my letter about various other subjects. I don’t believe in this particular approach. I feel like, if you worked all your life to get to a certain level, you need to maintain that. This is my identity and I would like to continue this. It’s my discretion when I want to do what. So, I feel like I am going to continue my discretionary powers over this, and will not allow other people’s opinions to dictate how I live.”
While Kajal has not officially changed her name on social media sites after her wedding, these passport covers and pouches seem to suggest that it may happen in the future *Wink*
