There’s something about sangeet functions that I totally love. It’s the coolest shaadi function with a chill vibe, and the rocking performances by the families, friends and the bride-groom themselves are something that no one wants to miss.

TBH, watching your sister getting married and leaving the house is one of the toughest things to do. But then you also get an awesome plus one–your sister’s mister. Well, that’s exactly what Malvika Raaj, sister of designer Sonaakshi Raaj’s performance with her jiju says in this video. Sonaakshi tied the knot with beau Nikhil Merani earlier last year and as grand as her wedding was, we couldn’t help but notice the cute jiju-saali bond that Nikhil and Malvika share.

While the wedding celebrations kicked off with Mata Ki Chowki, Sonaakshi and Nikhil hosted a grand sangeet too. Malvika, along with her girl gang, grooved on Hauli Hauli and set the stage on fire. The cco-ordinated steps, the energy and the gorgeous girls–their performance was just fabulous. But what we loved the most was the entry of Sonaakshi and Nikhil at the end of the performance. The saalis can be seen happily dancing with their jiju dearest, and it was adorable.

The couple got married in Thailand, and the bride impressed us with all her attires–be it her stunning cocktail gown or the beautiful pastel lehenga she wore on her D-day. Coming back to the jiju-saali performance, wasn’t it ahh-mazing?
