Jennifer Winget is the unofficial queen of the small screen. She leaves us spellbound every time she makes an appearance onscreen. The actress stole hearts of viewers when she made her debut as Simran in Ekta Kapoor’s directorial Kkusum and became a household name with her stint as Dr Riddhima Gupta in Dill Mill Gayye. She’s also the gorgeous Zoya from Bepannaah and poised Maya from Beyadh.
On social media, Jennifer recently shared a picture of her where she can be seen sitting on a brick handrail striking a cool pose. She wrote, “Curves are cute, no?”
The actress is all set to bring back Maya in Beyhadh 2. About three weeks ago, she took to her social media accounts to announce the comeback. She posted a gorgeous picture with the team saying, “No points for guessing what the three of us have been up to. *Hint Hint* Damn right we’re cooking up a crazy-ier storm! ‘Brace yourselves for #Beyhadh2 Bringing crazy back!!”
As per reports, the upcoming season of Beyhadh is being produced by Prateek Sharma. He is also the producer of Sufiyana Pyar Mera and Bahu Begum. Viraf Patel is being considered as the male lead opposite Jennifer Winget.
Earlier, Surbhi Jyoti, the Naagin 2 actress was rumoured to play Maya’s character in season 2 after Jennifer turned it down. But now Jennifer has confirmed her part in the show.
While speaking with a daily, Prateek Sharma had mentioned working on Beyhadh 2. He said, “While Beyhadh 2 will surely happen, with its content still under discussion, you will have to wait either until year-end or early 2020 for the telecast. Even last time we had taken lots of time before going on the floors. We need to be bang on. It is too early to say, as we are still drafting the story and character sketches.”
