Levi’s® #ISHAPEMYWORLD Campaign Is Celebrating 7 Women Who Impacted Our Lives In 2020

If 2020 was the year of the pandemic, it was also the year of human resilience. In the past year, we saw so many women leading the way and taking charge of the situation and working zealously to bring about a huge change for everyone around them. This International Women’s Day, Levi’s® celebrates seven of these changemakers who continue to impact the world with sheer grit and determination.

On March 8th, Levi’s® would be unveiling a brand new season of the Levi’s® #IShapeMyWorld campaign. Conceptualised in 2017, #ISHAPEMYWORLD is a platform created to inspire and enable women across India. Each season of the campaign features a panel of women who have significantly contributed to our lives in the year past. These are the women who are constantly challenging what society expects from them and shaping the world on their own terms.

The campaign is now in its 7th season and has evolved into a year-long digital initiative. This season, #ISHAPEMYWORLD would be celebrating the stories of seven inspiring women. With storytelling at its heart, the conversation would continue throughout the year. It would comprise heart-to-heart interactions with these women and live social media engagements in collaboration with a popular digital media platform.

“The #IShapeMyWorld campaign was conceptualized in 2017 to showcase women who are changing the world in ways both big and small. Through the seasons, we have shown the importance of taking a stand when it comes to the social issues of the day. We want to create a platform for women to add their voice, make an impact and inspire others. Through this year’s campaign, our hope is to introduce these women to the audience through a new lens and inspire a new generation of women with their stories,” shares Sanjeev Mohanty, Managing Director, South Asia, Middle East & North Africa for Levi’s® India.
