Want to know what’s common between popular couples Shivangi-Mohsin, Kanchi-Rohan, and Hina-Rocky? All six of them met their partners for the first time on the sets of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and fell heads over heels for them. That’s such a cute coincidence!
Speaking about Hina Khan and Rocky Jaiswal, aren’t they one of the cutest couples in telly town? From starting a production house together to being each other’s support system—the two are #CoupleGoals in every sense. NGL, every time we see loved-up pics of them, all we can think of is, shaadi kab hai, guys? Well, turns out, we won’t have to wonder too much as Rocky just opened up on the duo’s wedding plans.
While talking to a leading daily, Rocky said, “We’ve been together for a good number of years now, and have been through all ups and downs that a couple can possibly see after marriage. Mentally, we’re there.” He also added that they don’t want to get married just for the sake of it! He further elaborated, “We don’t want to do something for a societal tag and just to be official about it. It doesn’t make sense to us. Even after getting married, I’ve seen that people aren’t close to one another, and then what’s the point of getting married?”
That’s not all, Rocky also mentioned, “We don’t have any kind of inhibitions about each other. That gives us the liberty to expand and move ahead in our careers to see where it leads to. We think that there’s still time for marriage. Eventually, we’ll get married but that time is not now,” he shares.
The producer also opened up about his relationship with Hina. He said, “We strongly believe that rishte upar se ban kar aate hai. I don’t think I’d be close to anyone the way I’m with Hina. We can talk just about anything under the sun. The openness and transparency that we have in our relationship is amazing, especially when you see what’s happening around everywhere.” Isn’t that absolutely adorable?
TBH, it makes total sense. A couple should only get married when they are ready to get hitched and not because society expects them to. Hina and Rocky, way to go guys!
