TV actors Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim are currently living their best life, fulfilling their parental duties and making a brand new 5-BHK apartment.
As their lavish house reaches its final stage of renovation, the couple decided to gave their fans a short home tour in their recent vlog. And we have to say, every corner of their house is aesthetic AF–starting from the all-white passageway to their living room, which features European-style wall moulding. When Dipika Talked About Facing Financial Struggles!
Dipika became one of the most popular faces of television after Sasural Simar Ka, Kahaan Tum Kahaan Hum and Balika Vadhu. But her journey towards achieving fame hasn’t been a cakewalk. Dipika started off her career as an air hostess. Talking about her financial struggles in one of the interviews, she shared, “I remember when I came to Mumbai for a job as an air hostess. I had one small suitcase and an airbag. I’ve stayed in the worst of PG’s. In Mumbai, 4/5 girls stay together in small houses as PGs and you don’t have an option because you are not earning well enough to afford a house of your own. I still remember the days I used to keep my eyes on the meter of auto rickshaws and I would know how much I’ve. So the moment the meter would show that amount, I would ask the auto guy to stop there. The rest of the journey, I would go walking.”
