The reasons may vary but are often narrowed down to changes in hormone levels, which, in turn alter the basic nature of the skin like the activity of sebaceous glands, cell turnover etc. While you may not be able to completely eradicate it, you certainly can use these little tips to prevent menstrual acne as far as possible.
Wash your hands often and touch your face as little as you can. With all the germs our hands attract, touching your face will transfer them onto it and cause breakouts.
