How To Get Bootylicious Right In Time For Summer

Along with proper booty exercises and these super easy beauty tips, your booty is bound to bring all the boys to the yard!

1. Shower Time!

This one is a no brainer, but yet so many people don’t do it! A sweaty workout sesh causes not just your body to sweat, but your peach too. Staying in the same clothes for long hours is bound to make life a little itchy and irritated down there. As soon as you get home, head for a shower, grab that loofah and get scrubbin’!

2. Give Dry Brushin’ A Shot!


Heard of dry-brushing your booty? If not, then it’s never too late to start! Choose a brush that has its bristles made from natural fibre. In circular motions, scrub your booty gently and smoothly. This helps to not only get rid of dry skin but also increase blood circulation in the area and help tackle cellulite. The best time to do this is when your skin is dry and you’re just about to step into the shower. Remember to moisturise after!

3. Wax That Bum Fuzz

Agree to disagree, but there are many women out there who have bum fuzz. It’s natural and you’re free to keep it that way or remove it. However, if the latter interests you then choose to wax the area instead of shaving it. Since you’re able to get a full view of your derrière, shaving could cause you to cut yourself and leave marks behind. Hence, making waxing a better and safer alternative. To avoid those tiny red bumps on the bum post waxing, it’s better to apply good old aloe gel as it will soothe the area. 

4. Hungry, Kya?


From all the delicious food out there, there are a few that do wonder for your booty post working out. Nuts, brown rice, paneer, protein shakes, avocados, eggs and flax seeds. These foods help to increase muscle growth and in time, contributes to making the butt appear rounder and firmer thanks to its nutrients, omega-3 fatty acids and protein in them. 

5. Baby Lotion To The Rescue

Admit it, you love the look of a nice plump bun. You know what the secret behind that is? It’s moisturiser! Look out for a body butter that has ingredients such as beeswax, shea butter, cocoa butter, coconut oil, almond oil and wheatgerm oil. This will keep restoring skin’s natural moisture content, increase skin’s elasticity and provide a shiny glow on your peach! After all, skin looks best when it’s nourished and hydrated. If you don’t want something ultra-hydrating and sticky, you could even opt for a dry body oil or some good old; aloe vera gel!

6. Put A Mask On It!

In summer, you tend to break out all over your body. Unfortunately for some, body acne also means butt-acne. If this is something you struggle with, show your booty some love and smack on a mask. While there are some brands that have special booty-masks, any clay mask that helps tackle acne works. Apply the mask to your booty, rinse and hydrate your skin and don’t forget to sleep in comfortable clothes!

7. Work It!
