  • Step 1: Pour half a cup of ground coffee and white sugar into a bowl.
  • Step 2: Add a cup of lukewarm coconut oil to it.
  • Step 3: Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Step 4: Apply the mixture on damp skin and massage gently to remove dead skin cells.
  • Step 5: Wash off in the shower after 20 to 30 minutes.

Do this once a month.

2. The Power Of Brown Sugar & Ripe Bananas

This DIY body scrub is packed with minerals and vitamins that help make your skin soft and smooth.

  • Step 1: In a bowl, add 5 tablespoons of brown sugar and chunks of a ripe banana.
  • Step 2: Use a spoon to blend both ingredients until you’re left with a thick brown paste.
  • Step 3: Apply it all over your arms, legs, back and face.
  • Step 4: Let it dry for about an hour or more.
  • Step 5: Take a warm shower afterward.

  • Step 4: Blend all the ingredients well and use your fingertips to massage all over your body.
