Ah! It’s that time of the year again. When there’s merry and joy all around, friends and family reuniting for the holidays, too many parties to RSVP and the smell of happiness in the air. All the more for Geeta Phogat who has just given birth to a baby boy yesterday and welcomed motherhood. Indeed Christmas came early, or rather right on time for the famous wrestler.
In fact, Geeta made our Christmas merry too by sharing the first picture of her little munchkin on Instagram. Right from her hospital bed next to Pawan Saroha, her husband of three years, Geeta gave us the perfect ‘Holiday Card’ shot. The new mommy’s emotional caption read:
“HELLO BOY !! WELCOME TO THE WORLD 🥰🤗 He is here 🤗 we are so much in love ❤️ 👶🏻 please give him your love and blessings 🙏😇 he made our life perfect now 🙏👪
Nothing can be described the feelings of watching your own baby be born 😍
Date – 24-12-2019″
Awww! The Phogats are having the best Christmas ever!
Speaking of whom, her sisters were the first ones to congratulate their eldest one on the wonderful occasion. In fact, Babita Phogat, who recently got married earlier this month, was by Geeta’s side during the delivery too. She took to Instagram to welcome the newest member with a cute picture of the three and wrote:
“Congratulations, sister, on your newborn baby. I wish your new bundle of joy a long life full of happiness, fun, laughter and love. May he meet with love, success and happiness in each and every step he takes in life. You just penned down your new legacy with this beautiful baby.. #maasi #babyboy”
And just like the new father, another sister Ritu Phogat shared the family picture and blessed it with a beautiful caption:
“We made a wish and you came through – my super cute newly born Nephew🤗🤗🤗 congratulations @geetaphogat and @pawankumar_saroha86
Lucky boy, get ready to be loved so so so much, especially by your army of Masis and Mamas. You are in for a treat cutiepie 😍😍😍”
While the new parents haven’t announced the baby’s name yet, we are certain the wrestler couple will have something kickass planned for their firstborn. Congratulations to the Phogats and Sarohas. And a very Merry Christmas!
