On July 9, Gauahar took to her Instagram handle to post throwback images from her godh bharai ceremony which was a rather intimate affair at home. The diva celebrated it in March which was the seventh month of her pregnancy. Usually, during this ceremony, the mother-to-be is dressed in traditional clothes and adorned with flowers and jewellery. But Gauahar opted for a minimal route. For her special day, she chose to flaunt her baby bump in a simple white maxi dress that came with subtle embroidery work.
Gauahar’s baby shower attire was the perfect blend of traditional and contemporary. While the outfit was modish, the mommy-to-be added a twist of tradition to it by accessorising with jewellery made of flowers. She wore a choker, a long haar, a kamarband, bajus, earrings, and a maangtikka. The floral jewellery was entirely personalised and custom-made for Gauahar’s special day! Beautiful, right?
