The Floating Eyeliner Trend
As the name suggests, the wings are not drawn near your upper lash line but somewhere around the crease of your eyes. Yup, just floating around. It not only looks stunning but gives your eyes a total makeover in no time. Just take your eyeliner and start drawing from the inner corner of your eyes, on your crease liner and wing it out. You can do a single stroke or double it around the edges–the possibilities are endless.

How To Create Floating Eyeliner Look
We know you want to try it out for yourselves. So, let’s begin.
Step 1: Prime your lids as you’d want your eyeliner to last all day, right?
Step 2: Now there are two ways you can go about it- draw just a line on your crease (floating eyeliner) or also create a wing at the end (floating winged eyeliner). So, pick your preference and let’s start drawing.
Step 3: Using your fave eyeliner, start drawing from the inner corner of your eyes, up to the eye socket. The idea is to define your eyes in such a way that they look lifted when it’s complete.
Step 4: Once you’ve drawn one line, stand back and take a look in the mirror. Just make sure that it doesn’t get lost in the fold of your lids when you open your eyes.
Step 5: If you’re satisfied, recreate the same on your other eye as well. But if you think that it doesn’t look that impactful or gets lost when you open your eyes, wipe it off and draw it a little higher. And that’s basically it.
You can also create a winged design at the end of the liner for an added effect as it looks stunning or your lines thicker.
