Stylist and entrepreneur Pernia Qureshi has been giving us some major maternity fashion goals and we are obsessed. From breezy kaftans and flowy gowns to well-fitted lehengas and flamboyant co-ords, the soon-to-be mamma is playing by her own rules and we’re so impressed. Recently, the founder of Go Organics shared a series of snaps from her baby shower and they’re every bit adorable. The Glamm Mamma-To-Be
During an interview in 2018, while talking about maternity fashion, Pernia said, “Hiding the baby bump is passé, and presently it’s all about embracing the maternity with grace. An expecting woman should rather shift the focus on enhancing the new body frame.” Well, the fashion entrepreneur is sticking by her own rules and how.
For the occasion, Pernia decided to prioritise her comfort without compromising on style. She wore a satin slip dress in beige with floral accents that gave her an effortless appeal. She styled it up with a matching robe with ruffle detailing on the sleeve. To complete the look and add that oomph factor, Pernia chose a pair of black glittery stilettos that looked glamm AF. She carried it all with style and ease, and we hope all moms-to-be have bookmarked this look.
We love how Pernia has kept it light in the jewellery department and opted for a pair of statement studs and rings. She let her wavy hair down sans any elaborate styling and it’s complementing her fuss-free look perfectly.
The Happy Faces & Colourful Vibes
