We’ve been keeping an eye out to know more about their Diwali plans and it looks like we got lucky! Neha Dhupia just opened up about how she plans on celebrating Diwali with the new born.
During a recent interview, Neha revealed that the celebration might be low-scale this year! She said, “The festival is very special for the four of us. Who would have thought about it? When we started off, it was just Angad and me. Now, look at us, it is houseful.” The Singh Is King actress further added that she is planning to visit her close friends and indulge in yummy Diwali specials. She said, “There will be a little bit of rangoli, yummy food and a good time at home. Maybe, I will go visit a few friends, small groups starting now, but that’s it.”
Expressing her concern for her baby, Neha said that she intends to stay indoors this Diwali because of the current environment. The actress further explained that she wants to keep her lil son away from large gatherings which is why they’ve planned to keep it low-key this year. Well, makes total sense, right?
Neha also opened up about her daughter Mehr’s Diwali plans and said, “Mehr is almost three now, and very excited about the festival.” She revealed that her daughter makes rangolis, lamps and streamers herself every year! Neha added, “She does all these cute little decorations. So, there will be a little bit of glitter, paint and lots of colours.” OMG, this sounds like so much fun! We hope the lovely actress shares a picture of Mehr’s artwork on the ‘gram ASAP!
