Get Ready To Tie The Knot – THIS Trend is Everywhere!

We’ve discussed in detail how popular the off-shoulder trend is and how it’s not going away anytime soon. But as the fashion cycle moves on, there’s a new trend that has recently caught our eye.

Knots are back and how! Only this time they’re not just on tops. They’re on skirts, shirts, dresses, blouses and even swimwear! It’s safe to say that knots have gotten a sexy new twist.

What started as a summer micro trend is currently spreading like wildfire. Why is it SO appealing? It gives your basic outfit an instant mood lift, making it more interesting.

The knotted top is also a 90s trend that’s trickled down the runway in the simplest way, without asking for too much attention or taking up space in the fashion calendar.

The most common way to wear this trend is by twisting your dress and cinching it to form a knot right in the centre of your waist. An added bonus is that it makes your waist look narrow, giving your figure a more curvaceous look!

The great thing about this trend is that it’s not restricted to a particular figure and looks equally sexy on everyone!

Even if you think the knot is a little too OTT for you, it’s easy to include it in your everyday accessories… Like a bag, shoes or even as belts. Think sling bags, ruffle and knot-fused footwear and a simple cloth belt knotted like a bow. It’s really quite easily adaptable and makes for a refreshing change in your wardrobe.
