The shaadi season has taken over our favourite television actors as well. The latest to be hit by the wedding storm is the cast of Ekta Kapoor’s famous show, Kasautii Zindagii Kay. We are talking about the wedding of reel-life Tanvi, Sonyaa Ayodhya.
The actress got married to beau Harsh Samorre last night in Jaipur. And guess who turned up for the shaadi? Erica Fernandes, Shubhaavi Choksey and Harsh Rajput. Take a look at some pictures from the wedding, where we can see Erica and Sonyaa’s other friends having fun!

In this video, put up by the bride herself, you can see Erica taking the bride away from the dance floor. As the caption reads, reel-life Prerna is “taking the lyrics too literally. The song playing in the background is ‘Leja leja re mehakee raat me churaake saare rang leja’. So, what you see here is actually Erica stealing the bride away. Now, don’t they look like they’re having a lot of fun?

Coming back to the married couple’s love story, Sonyaa’s husband Harsh Samorre is a restaurateur. They met on her show’s sets and they had been dating for the last one-and-a-half year. It took Sonyaa almost a year to make sure that Harsh is the right man for her.

While speaking to an entertainment portal, Sonyaa had earlier spilled some beans about her relationship a couple of months back. “We are planning to take our relationship to the next level soon. We want to have a destination wedding and are yet to finalise the date, but it will happen within six months.” Well, it did happen! The wedding took place at a beautiful destination in Jaipur.
Revealing her first meeting with Harsh, Sonyaa had further shared, “A couple of years ago, I was shooting a commercial when I noticed a guy on the set helping me hold the prop. I thought he was a spot-boy, and I kept calling him ‘spot dada’ throughout the shoot. It’s much later that I realised that he wasn’t a part of the crew, but was helping a friend associated with the project. We still laugh about the incident.” Isn’t this quite a filmy tale? Well, as they say ‘Jodi upar waala banata hai’. Wishing you both a happily ever-after!
