You’ll Need: 

  • Neem Leaves
  • Tulsi leaves
  • Rose water
  • Cloves

Method:

Step 1: To make the mask, grind together 1 cup of fresh neem leaves and tulsi leaves each into a mixer with 2 cloves. 

Step 2: Add in some rose water as you deem appropriate till the mix forms a paste-like texture.

Step 3: All that’s left to do is slather the pack onto your face evenly and let it rest for about 20 minutes before rinsing it off with cold water. 

A Detoxifying Cleanser

You’ll Need:

  • Neem leaves
  • Rose water
  • Aloe vera
  • Tea tree oil

Method:

Step 1: To whip up the cleanser, wash 4 to 5 sprigs of neem leaves and boil them in water.

Step 2: Strain the mixture and add 1 cup of rose water and 3 tablespoons of aloe vera to the concentrated neem extract. 

Step 3: Top it off with a few drops of tea tree oil and store the solution in an airtight container for future use. This DIY will cleanse, moisturise, nourish, and soothe your skin – all at the same time.

A Bespoke Hair Conditioner

You’ll need:

  • 20 neem leaves
  • Curd

Method:

Step 1: Take some neem leaves, and grind them to form a paste.

Step 2: Next, add a cup of curd to the paste and apply it all over your scalp.

Step 3: Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. This DIY will soften your tresses and strengthen your hair follicles.

To Curb Itchy Scalp

You’ll need:

  • 30 to 40 neem leaves
  • 1 to 1½ litres of water

Method:

Step 1: Take some water in a pan and bring it to a boil.

Step 2: Take it off the gas and add neem leaves to the water.

Step 3: Let it soak overnight and rinse your hair with neem water in the morning. This DIY will help curb the itchy scalp. Use this water 2 to 3 times a week to bid adieu to dandruff.
