The season of mangoes is finally here and I for one, cannot stop gushing over the different varieties to choose from. The antioxidants present in a mango help prevent us from heat strokes and tanning. Vitamins such as A, C, and E help keep our skin glowing and keeps our scalp moisturized. They also improve our complexion and help produce new skin cells. The king of fruits, aka mangoes, are probably a summertime fave for everybody!
While you can eat mangoes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert, not everybody loves the taste (👽). Did you know that you could make a DIY mask out of this summer special fruit?
The yellow, delicious fruit is just divine and we wait every year to get our hands on the season’s freshest. This year, why not use them as DIY face and hair masks too?
PS: Try not to eat ’em while you apply 😉
