Sure you may use your beloved hand creams gazillion times a day but are they really helping?

Easy DIY Hand Mask Recipes

For The Softest Hands And (Pota)Toes

We all have that one friend who loves eating potatoes more than anything. If you are that friend, then you are going to love this ultra-moisturising DIY hand mask. 

You’ll Need:

– 1 peeled big boiled potato

– Milk

– Coconut oil

– Disposable gloves

– Bowl

Step 1: In a bowl, mash one potato nicely and then add 2 tbsp. warm milk.

Step 2: Once the mixture is mashed properly, add 3-5 drops of coconut oil to it.

Step 3: Next, dip your hands into the warm mixture and then wear your disposable masks over it.

Step 4: Keep your hands busy for about 15-20 minutes and then wash them using cold water.

Do this twice a week and we guarantee you that your hand will feel so soft!

Aloe You So Much!

Aloe vera is a magical plant that holds the power to heal and protect. Probably why most of the DIY involves this bitter-tasting plant! And this DIY hand mask isn’t any different!

You’ll Need: 

– 1 aloe vera leaf

– Oatmeal

– Any hand cream

– Disposable gloves

– Bowl

Step 1: In a bowl, add 3-4 tbsp oatmeal and dip them in water for an hour to soften them.

Step 2: Next, scoop out fresh aloe vera gel and run it in a mixer to turn it liquidy. 

Step 3: Add your oatmeal and aloe vera juice to a bowl and mix them properly. Add 2-3 dollops of your most moisturising hand cream to the mix.

Step 4: Finally, apply this super creamy DIY hand mask for 15-20 minutes and we bet you’ll have the softest hands ever.

This hand mask is great for everyday use and you will see definite results after using it just once!

Papapya Un Na Na…

Get ready to add some fruit punch to your hand care routine with this DIY hand mask recipe.

You’ll Need:

– 1 cup freshly cut papaya

– 2 ripe bananas

– Chamomile essential oil

– Bowl

– Disposable gloves

Step 1: Take 1 cup of freshly cut papayas and add them to a mixer, along with two ripe bananas to turn them into a fine liquid.

Step 2: Next, pour the thick mixture into a bowl and add 5-7 drops of chamomile essential oil to it.

Step 3: You know the drill! Apply the mixture on your hands and then wear gloves to seal the deal.

All these hand masks are super fun and a great way to keep your hands moisturised in the long run. If you do not have disposable gloves, you can always use a plastic bag instead.
