Sugar scrubs are a decadent way to slough away dead skin cells. From the rich texture to the unmistakable aroma- a sugar scrub can evoke a sense of ritual in your beauty routine. Step 1: In a bowl, take 1 tablespoon of chia seeds along with ½ a cup of coconut oil.
Step 2: Then, add ¼ cup of sweet almond oil and 1 cup of brown sugar.
Step 3: Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Gently scrub your body, hands, or feet and pave your way to baby-soft skin from head to toe.

Step 1: In a bowl, add 1 tablespoon each of cinnamon powder and brown sugar.
Step 2: Then, add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Alternatively, you can use olive oil. Mix all the ingredients together to make a thick paste. Use your fingertips to massage this scrub lightly on your lips for 5-10 minutes. Then, rinse off with warm water.

Step 3: Then, add 2 tablespoons of ground oats and 2 tablespoons of aloe vera gel to the paste. Simply mix the ingredients in a glass bowl, store them in an airtight container, and use them it a month.
Application: A boob polish is basically an exfoliator that you apply to your breast and rinse off while taking a shower. Apply the polish all over your chest, and gently scrub your skin for around 7-10 mins, you can leave it for another 10-15 mins for best results.
