It’s cool to watch the influencers get influenced. Case in point—Disha Patani‘s obsession with Bella Hadid-inspired outfits!
As someone who is a big fan of both Disha and Bella, I have been noticing a lot of similarities in their style. It is evident that the actress likes to refer to the supermodel’s lookbook every now and then. Want proof? When Nothing Seems Right, Choose White!
You can never go wrong with a breezy white dress. In 2018 Disha stepped out in a cutesy white dress, not too long after Bella Hadid wore a very similar number. Saisha Shinde designed Disha’s outfit which featured puff sleeves and criss-cross accents like Bella’s dress. I cannot decide who looked cuter!
‘Sheer’ Beauty!
For the IIFA Awards 2017, Disha walked the green carpet in a beaded ivory gown from the shelves of Falguni Shane Peacock. It reminded me of something Bella wore at the amfAR Gala the same year. The model’s gown from Ralph & Russo featured sheer detailing, beads, sequin embellishments, and a thigh-high slit. Even the colour was similar!
Turtlenecks But Make It Fun!
Bella wore a white strapless corset top and a white high-neck arm warmer for a 2021 French Riviera outing. The look caused quite a stir and Disha was quick to follow! The Malang actress wore a knitted turtleneck arm warmer over a strapless white bodysuit featuring the same sweetheart neckline.
Camo Pants FTW!
Camouflage pants were the “in thing” a few years ago and they still look bomb! While Bella wore a black crop top and camo pants for a casual outing, Disha styled hers with a ganji-style top during Baaghi promotions. Both wore white sneakers, but I loved our desi girl’s grunge accessories.
They Even Represent The Same Brand!
Looks like Calvin Klein also noticed some similarities! Disha is the brand’s Indian ambassador, while Bella was the face of the brand’s swimwear campaign in 2020. They even posed in the same lingerie set and looked stunning!
Clearly, Disha Patani loves to take fashion tips from Bella Hadid. But hey, I’m not complaining, ‘coz the actress is slaying every look. Keep it up, girl!
