Rahul Vaidya and Disha Parmar’s wedding and post-wedding pictures have been taking social media by storm. We (and millions of #Dishul fans) have been closely following their love story ever since Rahul proposed to Disha on Bigg Boss 14. They finally tied the knot on July 16, and their wedding was dreamlike! Even after their shaadi, the couple has been sharing their special moments with fans through lovely pictures and videos.
If like us, you also haven’t had enough of Disha and Rahul’s pictures, we have something special for you! We recently came across pictures of Disha dressed as a new bride, and she looks absolutely stunning.
Disha Parmar was warmly welcomed by the singer’s family, and post their Grih Pravesh, the newly married couple performed Satyanarayan puja at home. Pictures shared by their fan clubs show Disha Parmar absolutely slaying the traditional Maharashtrian look! Disha donned a pink saree with a golden border, and while she looked gorgeous in the saree, it was her accessories and jewellery that grabbed all attention. Disha wore a traditional nath, a gold neckpiece along with matching earrings, and her mangalsutra. Her hair were tied neatly in a bun, and she also wore a jasmine gajra, which perfectly rounded off her Marathi Mulgi avatar.
Meanwhile, Rahul opted for an off-white kurta and yellow dhoti, and perfectly complemented Disha’s traditional look.
This isn’t the first time that Disha aced the Maharashtrian look. Earlier in April, as Disha and Rahul celebrated Gudi Padwa together, she was seen in a traditional Maharashtrian Nauvari saree and a nath that Rahul’s mother had gifted her. Disha celebrated Gudi Padwa with Rahul and his family, and had expressed her excitement over learning more about the Maharashtrian culture. She had told a leading daily, “Now that my partner is a Maharashtrian, I look forward to learning more about it.”
