Ever since the makers of Don 3 dropped its teaser with Ranveer Singh replacing SRK, it’s all the internet can talk about. While some fans are happy with the new Don, others have been having a hard time making peace with SRK’s exit from the franchise. Adding to the anticipation, rumours were rife that Kiara Advani would replace Priyanka Chopra in the third edition of the film. Well, we have got a new update about who is the leading lady in the film!
According to recent reports by Times Now, a source revealed that the makers are keen to cast Deepika Padukone. “They want a top-notch actress with Ranveer. Plus, the female lead in Don 3 has a lot of intricate stunts to perform. Deepika, with her athletic personality, fits the bill,” revealed the source.
Apart from DP, Kriti Sanon might be in talks for the role too. Her recent visit to Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani’s office sparked the rumours of her joining the cast of Don 3. Here, take a look:

After making us sit on the edge of our seats, the makers of Don 3 dropped a killer teaser of the film a few days ago. And it was worth the wait! The one-minute clip of the action-thriller showcases Ranveer Singh as the protagonist, who looks all set for revenge as he says, “Sher jo so raha hai wo jagega kab, puchte hain ye sab. Unse keh do ki phir jaag utha hun main aur phir samne chalte dekho kya hai takat meri, kya hai himmat meri.”
This might sound a bit far-fetched, but I am excited to see DP and Ranveer on the big screens again! I bet they’ll nail their parts.
