Don’t let Deepika Padukone’s demure and graceful demeanour fool you–it turns out that she was quite the mischief-maker back in school! The Padmaavat actor seemed to be in a nostalgic mood on Tuesday as she shared pictures of her old report cards from school on Instagram. In a series of three pictures, DP gave fans an insight into how she was as a student. But it was her husband Ranveer Singh who seemed to be the most amused!
In the first picture, the teacher’s remark on the report card said, “Deepika is very talkative in class”–which Ranveer agreed with and called her a ‘troublemaker’.
In the second picture that she posted, the comment read, “Deepika must learn to follow instructions”, to which Ranveer playfully responded, “Yes, teacher. I agree.”
The remark on the third picture said, “Deepika tends to day dream,” which made Ranveer gush, “Head in the clouds ☁️ ☁️ ☁️ 💕💕💕💕💕💕”

The couple’s last public appearance together was at the IIFA awards in Mumbai last month, where both of them brought laurels home. While Ranveer won the Best Actor Award for playing Alauddin Khilji in Padmaavat, Deepika won the Best Actress (in the last 20 years) award for her film Chennai Express.
On the work front, Deepika will next be seen in Meghna Gulzar’s Chhapaak, which is based on the real-life experiences of acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal. The couple will also be appearing together in ’83, a sports movie in which Ranveer will be portraying cricket legend Kapil Dev. Deepika is slated to play the role of Dev’s wife, Romi. The cast also includes actors like Boman Irani, Saqib Saleem, Adinath Kothare, Chirag Patil, Harddy Sandhu, Ammy Virk, Jatin Sarna, Pankaj Tripathi, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Dinker Sharma, Jiiva, Sahil Khattar, Dhairya Karwa, Nishant Dahhiya and R Badree.
